Happy 10th Birthday Noah!

It is hard to believe that 10 years have passed since we met our sweet boy. Time has passed so quickly. The girls were so excited to have a brother and he has certainly been well loved, cuddled, carried around, etc when he was little by all of his sisters. Noah learned to fake cry before he could fully talk, having his sisters come to his rescue with anything he needed. He still may use this technique from time to time. I always tease the girls, reminding them how he learned this trick in the beginning. None of us buy it any more though lol.

Noah adores his sisters just as much. He has a different relationship with each of them. Alex has always been his guardian and someone he looks up to. She always watched over him a lot when he was little. She loves to teach him new things, even up until recently when she gave him a few art classes over the summer.

Caile and Noah have gaming in common. They have similar taste in the games they play online and are both equally competitive with them. She also likes to help him with homework and reading, always encouraging him.

Ella and Noah have the rough and tumble relationship. Ella loves to compete with Noah in any physical activity. They love to verse each other in anything since they are both so competitive. But they also love to cuddle. They are the most cuddly of all the kids and it is not uncommon at all to see them cuddled up on the couch or in the car together.

Noah is obsessed with basketball. He loves the game so much. He doesn’t just play the game, but he studies the game. He watches lots of videos online, learning techniques other players use. He loves watching NBA games and knows so much about the players. He also really enjoys our local University basketball. Any chance he gets, a ball will be in his hands. He has big dream and isn’t afraid of a challenge.

He has a big heart. As I mentioned, he loves to cuddle, snuggle and loves being around family and friends. He is caring, loves animals so much, especially his buddy Zeus!

It is hard to believe that I will no longer have any kids in the single digits. This will be Noah’s last year in Elementary School. I am so excited to be back home to celebrate his birthday. He made his choices to have home made fruit crepes for breakfast, cheese pizza for lunch, chicken burgers & fries for supper with rocky road squares for dessert. Noah isn’t an ice cream or cake boy, so he always chooses his favorite dessert instead.

I am excited to see what this year will bring for you Noah. I love your passion for everything that you do, how much you love and give. Never loose that. Thank you for being an amazing son. I love you!
