Happy 4th Birthday Ezra!

What a year you have had! You have been counting down for months to this special day. You love birthdays and have enjoyed celebrating everyone else’s, patiently, but excitedly waiting your turn. Fall may be your favorite season, although you really do love all of them for different reasons. The moment the Pumpkin People arrived, you have been eager for birthday fun and Halloween. Last week you even made yourself a birthday card. I had mentioned it was one card you didn’t need to make, since everyone else will be making one for you and you wanted to know why you couldn’t make one for yourself. Well I didn’t have a reason that you couldn’t, so you made one. 🙂

One of the highlights of your year was going on a couple of vacations. These were your first trips to the US and you enjoyed every moment. You ask all the time to go on vacation again. You love sleeping in different places and exploring new areas. You love to be busy and outside. I love your sense of adventure, your excitement when you see something you love or something totally different and unique to you. You are so much fun to travel with.

Your love of cats hasn’t changed at all this year. You now have about 10 beanie boo kitties lined up between the wall and your bed that sleep with you every night. You are going to be a Super Kitty for Halloween and anything involving cats is your favorite! Definitely your favorite animal.

You have a huge imagination. I enjoy watching you create scenes with your construction toys or your emergency vehicles. The sounds you give everything and stories you put with your play are awesome. You have really become into crafts, coloring, painting and all things creative, it is wonderful to see you explore this side of you.

You have grown so much this year. Your vocabulary has expanded so much, you have become even more independent (which is unimaginable at times lol), you have tried new things, learned so much and you have made so many memories. You have so much love to give and you love all of the people in your life so much! I am so blessed and grateful to be your Mom. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings for you my sweet boy!
