This sweet girl told me the other day that she felt like she should be turning 15 instead of 14. As much as I want time to slow down, I agree with her that she is older than her actual age. She has an amazing balance of having fun and being silly, but also being very mature beyond her years.
I love how much Ella loves her birthday. She loves being surrounded by the people that she loves and I am confident she will be glowing all day. I still watch the video of Ella at least once per year singing Happy Birthday to herself with pure genuine excitement at the age of 3.
Ella has loved the stage for as long as she could speak. She is a born performer. She loved at a very young age to make people smile, laugh and just enjoy themselves. I have so many pictures of her outgoing personality and smile. They all still bring a smile to my face.
Ella, I am so proud of the young lady you have become. You stick true to your faith, values and morales and surround yourself by people who respect these values. You understand friendship and value those who take the time to truly know you. You aren’t taken advantage of, but also give so much of yourself. You would do anything for your family and have such amazing relationships with each of us. I love how much you care for people. You are an amazing daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend.
I love how much you say “I love you!” and love to give hugs. I always tease you about how cuddly you are, but I love that about you. I love that you always show everyone how much they mean to you.
I am excited to celebrate with you today. I hope the day is as amazing as you are, because you definitely deserve that and so much more!
