My Nannie told me so many times that I needed a boy. I had 3 wonderful girls, but she was convinced that our family wasn’t complete until I had a boy. She was right and I am so grateful to have 2 amazing boys. I have loved every moment of being your Mom.
16 years went by too quickly. My short little boy now has all of the males in our family beat for height. You always told me you would hit 6 feet and I never believed it would happen lol. I know that’s something you can’t control (you would probably tell me you did haha), but it’s a trait of yours that I really admire… when you believe you will do something and you want it bad enough, it will happen. When you put your mind to something, I am in awe of all that you accomplish. You’re tough, determined and your ability to get locked in is something about you that I am so proud of.
A year ago you were not a runner and now most weeks the training you designed for yourself has you running 70km. You’ve created a schedule for your sleep and training, work and school that allow you to thrive in all the things that you do. I am so proud of you.
I know my love of birthdays is a little much lol and you are more like your Dad for birthdays, but I very much appreciate that you allow me to find ways to celebrate you. In exchange you get one of your favorite parts of birthdays… all of your favorite foods, all day long. 🙂
I love you Noah. I am so proud of you and I can’t wait to see all of the great things that you do this year.

Can Noah design my schedule, please?

I would love him to design mine too, but he would have me running and biking more than my body could handle lol.
