My adventurous boy! How are you 7 already? You truly have a wonderful personality. A mix of so much compassion, empathy, adventure, curiosity and a never ending list of the things you will create, places you will go and things you will do in this life.
I have loved watching you grow this year. You jumped into another year of homeschooling and have been open to the new experiences that it offers. The excitement on your face when you mastered milking a goat on your first try or your bravery going to your first makers market and I can’t forget when you placed 2nd at the Cross Country Meetup. You love meeting new people and trying new things and I am so grateful for that.
You love to build and create. You are either getting out your wires & wheels to wire a box up to drive like a car, rebuilding things with cardboard or wood, digging in your “construction site” outside or imagining new things you can make with your sea glass finds. You are always up to something and I just love your creativity.
You have a big heart. You are always worried about people that may not have the things that you have been blessed with and try to think of ways you could help them. You also show so much pride in what others do. When I was decorating your cake you made a point to tell me multiple times how great I was doing. You are often encouraging.
You are always in discovery mode. I love that you have an endlessly curious mind. Always trying to find treasures, fossils, make a new potion or think of different and unique ways to do things. I hope you never lose that. That curiosity and your big dreams will take you far in life.
I feel so blessed to spend so much of my time with you. I appreciate so much that you are always up for an adventure and even a simple walk is always a yes for you. I am so lucky to be your Mom. I love you sweet boy and I am so excited to celebrate you today!
